"Internet Safety"
In order to create my PSA, I first, of course, had to figure out what the subject of my film would be; so I started out by researching PSA topics & watching others’ projects on youtube. I got my inspiration from a forum that suggested Internet Safety as a project, then I remembered a really cool commercial I saw not too long ago, and decided to experiment with that idea. After that, I gathered actors so I could begin filming right away. I decided to film at home and at the movie theatre, with the subject being a young girl on her cellphone, meeting who she believes is a young guy through social media. Next, the guy would ask to meet her at a specific location, and when she gets there, an unexpected old guy would actually be there, and kidnap her. At the end of the film, I placed an informational slide containing a number people could call to report suspicious activity.

" Childhood"
In order to promote recycling, we created a public service announcement, entitled "Childhood". The focus of our piece is to remind our audience of nature's beauty, and inform them that our waste can destroy it for future generations. Our pre-production process consisted of creating a script and storyboards. We filmed our footage with a Canon camera and used a lavalier microphone to record voiceover. In addition, we made a still-photo time lapse of accumulating bottles, imitating the world's accumulation of waste. Next, we edited our PSA in IMovie. First, we imported and layered our B-roll, music, and voiceover. We enhanced our footage by adjusting the saturation and stabilizing shaky shots. We were able to include voiceover, music, and natural sounds by using fades and ducking. We may not be able to save our planet alone, but we can help preserve it-one bottle at a time.
